2019 YZ65/YZ85 VForce4R Reed Valve

Recently, Pro Circuit stocked the new VForce4R reed valve system by Moto Tassinari for the 2019 YZ65/85. Moto Tassinari's VForce4R reed valve system is designed with a shallower petal angle which allows them to open further and with much less force than that of the stock reed system equating to better fuel flow and ultimately more power. The shallower reed petal angle also reduces the tension on the petals resulting in increased strength and durability keeping your minibike rider out on the track longer. KX250F and KX450 Triple Clamp Kits

Pro Circuit is pleased to announce the release of two new sets of triple clamps for the Kawasaki KX250F and 450 models. The 2013-2019 KX250F and 2013-2018 KX450F received a change in offset from 22mm to 23mm for increased stability along with a repositioned front brake line mount to keep the brake line from rubbing on the front number plate. The new 2019 KX450 triple clamp has also been designed with a 23mm offset. Pro Circuit triple clamps will continue to be made in the USA from 6061 aircraft-quality billet aluminum for optimum strength. Clear anodizing offers a durable protective finish to complete the works look. Pro Circuit's Expert Suspension Tuner Puts Down The Screwdriver
Pro Circuit Products, Inc. is announcing today that Jim "Bones" Bacon, long-time suspension technician, will retire from his role as head suspension tech, yet still plans to assist the suspension department in the future.
Letter From Bones:
"Pro Circuit has been my life for the last 34 years. When Mitch Payton gave me a chance to fulfill a lifelong dream of working in the motorcycle industry back in 1984 I felt like the luckiest kid in the world. In the beginning, I was taught and given advice from a few key people which got me kick-started in the right direction. With this under my belt and working for the powerhouse Pro Circuit Racing Team, it gave me the opportunity to do suspension for a lot of top-level riders in both motocross, supercross, as well as off-road over the years."
"With this being said, I have officially retired from the day-to-day operations at Pro Circuit. I will still be around in an advisory role when needed, which will include helping with special projects, helping with the testing of customer suspension as well as the amateur riders. Mitch and I have chosen Adam Walters to take my place in running the suspension department at Pro Circuit. I have known Adam for a long time and could not think of a better person to take over for me. Adam comes in with a lot of experience working with Showa USA, other race teams, as well as racing himself for a number of years. He has also worked with riders in both motocross, supercross, as well as off-road before. With Adam, we will be able to grow the supsension department to a whole new level. Our goal is to offer our customers a top-level experience like no other before when getting their suspension done."

How to Make a Fast Mini Faster
A young racer could find themselves on the gate against one or more of the nation's most promising factory recruits on their finely tuned factory machines. Luckily for these mini privateers, they have access to the same equipment that we put on this project 2017 TC 85 for young racer Jack Carrigg.
Jack rode the 2017 TC 85 in stock form first to get a good feel of what we had and where we wanted to go with it. The feel of the cockpit was well liked immediately. The bike felt narrow between the legs, its seat seemed long and fairly flat, and the controls were well positioned and with that great hydraulic clutch that's easy to pull. The TC 85 is a bit longer and taller feeling than most of the Japanese brands, and it did take a few laps to begin trusting the lean in through inside ruts at speed...
