2013
• Wilson started the year off strong with a win at the first East Coast round, but suffered an injury a few rounds later that had him sitting out the rest of the series. Dean raced the 450 in the outdoors, but injury struck again two rounds in leaving him on the sidelines.
2012
• Wilson earned two AMA Supercross 250SX wins en route to a 2nd-place finish in the Monster Energy Supercross 250SX West Championship Series. Unfortunately, he injured his shoulder with only three rounds to go in the season, which eventually sidelined him and forced him to miss the chance to defend his 2011 AMA Motocross 250cc Championship.
2011
• Captured his first AMA Supercross Lites win in Atlanta which he followed up with back-to-back wins to finish the Lites East series in second. Wilson won a total of 11 AMA 250cc Motocross motos, but did not win an overall until the second half of the season. He swept the last two rounds of the series to capture the AMA Motocross 250cc Championship, his first professional championship.
2010
• In his rookie season, Wilson earned two podium finishes and despite missing two races, he finished sixth overall in the AMA Supercross Lites East Region. Went on to earn his first professional win at Budds Creek and finished out the season with a win at Pala Raceway. Named AMA Motocross Rookie of the Year.
2009
• 13 amateur championships, the AMA Horizon Award, won both the 250A and 450A/Pro Sport classes at the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championships.
2008
• Won six championships as a member of Kawasaki’s Team Green amateur program, including the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship in the Motocross B Modified class.
