Pro Circuit Products Warranty Policy

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

 

1. EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and in lieu of any other express warranties, Pro Circuit warrants that under normal use and service, on the date of acquisition as shown on Your receipt or similar proof of payment and for the next 90 days (the Warranty Period), that the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship. As to any defects discovered after the Warranty Period, there is no warranty of any kind. The Purchaser does not rely, and has not relied, upon any representation, statement, or other assertion with respect to the nature or quality of products and acknowledges all products are for off-road use only.

 

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE TO YOU AND IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES BOTH ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, INCLUDING ANY CREATED BY ANY OTHER DOCUMENTATION OR PACKAGING.

 

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and no warranty of any kind is provided with respect to any subjective or aesthetic aspects of the product.

 

No information or suggestions (oral or in a record) given by Pro Circuit, its agents, affiliates or suppliers or its or their employees or agents, shall create a warranty of any kind or expand the scope of this Limited Warranty.

 

2. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. Subject to applicable law and the following, and provided that You return the Pro Circuit Product to Your place of acquisition (or, if that place will not accept the return, to Pro Circuit) with a copy of Your receipt or other bona fide proof of payment during the Warranty Period, Pro Circuit will, at its option and as Your exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty and any implied warranties:

 

 

The above remedy is subject to the following:

 

Any repaired or replaced Product will be new or refurbished or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original Product;

 

Any Product repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days from the date of shipment of the item back to You, whichever is longer.

 

Costs associated with transport (including packaging) for warranty service shall be at Your expense; and

 

Pro Circuit does not provide any warranties regarding any other services provided under this Limited Warranty and disclaims all duties (if any) of workmanlike effort or of lack of negligence regarding such services.

 

3. EXCLUSION OF OTHER DAMAGES. To the full extent allowed by law, Pro Circuit and its suppliers, affiliates and agents are not liable for any:

 

 

 

 

The foregoing applies even if Pro-Circuit or any supplier, affiliate or agent has been informed of the possibility of such losses or damages; and even in the event of fault, tort (including negligence), strict or product liability, misrepresentation or other reason.

 

4. EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE. This Limited Warranty shall not apply and Pro Circuit has no liability under this Limited Warranty if the Product:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All Pro Circuit systems come with high temperature silencer packing material designed for use in Motorcycle and ATV exhaust systems. This material's effectiveness will dissipate with use and extreme conditions can result in accelerated degradation. It is essential to repack/replace the silencer packing; failure to repack/replace the silencer packing material properly is considered misuse/abuse.

 

 

Instructions for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please follow the instructions below to return the item.

1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Call 1-951-738-8050 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.

2. Returns
All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturers packaging. Returns must be received by Pro Circuit within 15 days of the RMA issue date. Pro Circuit is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package through the carrier. Always insure your return package for the full retail value of the item and obtain a tracking number from your chosen shipper. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.

3. Refunds
If the purchased product issue eligible for a refund, the refund payment process will be as follows:

• Payment by cash, the refund will be cash or check at the customer’s discretion in the amount of the purchase
• Payment by credit, the card used for payment will be credited back the amount of the purchase.
• Payment by check. There is a 15 working day working wait before a check will prepared and mailed out.

4. Return Shipping Methods

Please do not return any items via COD; our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Non – Returnable Items

 

Close outs, Discontinued, used, worn and Internet Sale items, as well as all magazines, videos and printed periodicals are not eligible for refundable or returnable.

 

Additional Items

 

Ignition Boxes

 

Pro Circuit ignition boxes are sold without warranty.  Pro Circuit will exchange ignition boxes within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Quiet Core

These insert are designed for any off road use that requires 94-96 decibels. We recommend part # PC4003-0001 & PC4003-0002 if you are going to use your off road vehicle in state parks. This quiet core replaces the insert under the end cap cover.
