• The amateur Team Green Kawasaki rider took on the Supercross Futures during the start of the year, winning the first four rounds before finishing second at the final round. DiFrancesco focused his attention on the biggest amateur race of the season - AMA Amateur Motocross National Championship at Loretta Lynn's, where he would finish with two moto wins before ending the week with a 5th and 11th overall. Difrancesco the set his sights on the professional ranks, getting an opportunity to line up at select rounds during the 2022 Pro Motocross season. He earned one top 10 overall finish in eighth at Spring Creek Motocross Park.
